The goal of the memory training course is to help participants develop good memory habits. It is designed for people with mild memory concerns who wish to improve their memory ability.

These practical techniques and strategies are exercises for your brain designed to enhance memory. 

The course targets the four most common memory complaints that people experience in daily life:

  2. “Tip of the tongue” memory challenges
  3. Forgetting where you put things like your keys
  4. Forgetting your purpose – why you walked into a room

As a student – you will:
